During my ruminations on this circular debate, I thought this ...
Anyone can, indeed, be an artist. You can put two sticks together, paste a picture of Jesus, put it in some mud surrounded by bones and call yourself an artist. You can ask 20 artists to take that premise and make something out of it ... but, I guarantee, some will be better than others ... and why is that?
Talent, my friends.
Some of those artists are more talented than others.
But that doesn't make the others non-artists.
